Tips and Gratuities
Yes gratuities are greatly appreciated. Your Doorstep Delivery.com drivers utilize their own vehicles and they work very hard to make sure you receive your meals hot and delivered in a timely manner. A 15% tip is appreciated! It is NOT added to all orders.
How long will the delivery take from time of ordering?
Doorstep Delivery.com will make every attempt possible to get your meals to you as quickly as possible. In most cases you can expect 45 to 55 minutes duration from receipt of your order till your meals are at your doorstep. Note that delivery time will vary for a number of circumstances, such as weather and traffic conditions, distance from restaurant to destination, special events and food preparation time. Please remember that all of our participating restaurants will be preparing your meals to order. We do suggest advance orders whenever possible to ensure a specific delivery time. Please notify our operator or specify when placing your order on-line.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, Visa, Master Card Discover & American Express. Business/Corporate accounts can be set-up through our account manager at our office. We do not accept personal checks.
Is there a minimum order amount and what's the delivery fee?
Yes, there is a minimum $12.50 food order per restaurant for delivery and a delivery fee of $3.99 per restaurant. There is also a 3.99% processing fee applied to all orders to help offset the many costs we pay associated with processing your order.
What about drinks and plastic ware?
Doorstep Delivery.net can provide you with individual 12oz cans or a 6 pack of sodas. We also offer bottled spring water in 16.9oz bottles. Plastic ware can also be provided at a small charge.
Friends are coming by and not everyone is in the mood for Italian…Can I order From Multiple Restaurants?
Yes you can! Doorstep Delivery.com allows for multiple restaurant orders to a single destination. Order from 1,2,3,4 or even 5 restaurants! We will gladly pick up from each restaurant and deliver the food Fresh and Piping hot! Please be advised that there is a $12.50 minimum order per restaurant and the 3.99 delivery fee applies per restaurant.
Do we deliver outside our delivery area?
YES! We will happily deliver outside our normal delivery range for orders over $75. To do so, simply click on the "Order Now" or "Advanced Orders Button" and then at the top of the zip code page, click on where it says "Click Here" for outside our delivery range.
What if I am not satisfied with the service or meals?
Note: All sales are final.
* Doorstep Delivery.com will make every effort to make sure you are satisfied with our service and your meal.
* Doorstep Delivery.com requires all participating restaurants to package your meals according to your order. Your Doorstep Delivery.com driver will NOT open the packaging to verify accuracy or preparation of your meal.
*All of our delivery drivers are fully screened and are fully insured. Please contact our office with any complaints or concerns.
Will Doorstep Delivery accept my restaurant coupon?
We do not accept any coupons other than Doorstep Delivery.com coupons. Keep an eye out for our promotions!
How do I add a special request to my order?
Once item is selected click "Edit" then type in your special request.
